Job Summary
The Grooming Front Desk Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk at our Grooming facility. This position involves managing customer interactions, overseeing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional service to both clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, pet care services, and billing.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized Grooming facility.
- Assist with animal handling and restraint when necessary, ensuring the safety of both staff and pets.
- Bathing, nail trimming and ear cleaning of dogs when necessary
This position requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality service for our furry clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
