Duties
- Property Showings: Conduct property tours for buyers and prospective clients, highlighting key features and answering questions about the home, neighborhood, and local amenities.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with prospective buyers and answer general inquiries about listings, providing excellent customer service and a positive experience.
- Scheduling: Coordinate showing appointments with clients and listing agents, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely follow-ups.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local market trends, new listings, and comparable properties to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the lead agent and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and up-to-date information.
- Follow-Up: After showings, follow up with clients to gather feedback and report insights to the lead agent, helping to refine the client’s search and preferences.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other tasks as needed, including preparing showing materials, managing property access, and assisting with listing documentation.
Requirements
- Real Estate License: Active real estate license required (or willingness to obtain within a specified time frame).
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate or customer service preferred, but not required. Experience as a showing assistant or sales assistant a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple showings and client expectations efficiently.
- Availability: Must be flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using real estate software, MLS, and mobile apps to schedule showings and update client information.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to different properties in the designated region.
