A reputable nationwide company providing healthcare services to nursing homes is looking to immediately hire a Boardcertified Doctor to work as a Medical Director for a nursing home in Elkhart IN. A minimum of 2 years of experience in management and a state license are required. Compensation is very rewarding and covers directorship and Clinical Practice.
Functions of the job :
1 Directorship.
2 Seeing Patients.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for the overall care and clinical practice carried out at the facility
Applies clinical and administrative skills to guide the facility in providing care
Helps the facility develop and manage both quality and safety initiatives including risk management and
Provides information that helps others (including facility staff practitioners and those in the community) understand and provide care.
Qualifications :
Boardcertified preferably in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or other.
Active Indiana license
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Management and
Great team leadership skills.
Compensation :
- Directorship : FixedMonthly
- Clinical Practice : Based on the RVUBiweekly / Monthly
