Your expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing gastroenterology conditions will be pivotal in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. These centers offer a compensation package based on the Relative Value Unit (RVU) system, with an average total compensation ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
- Assessing and treating patients with gastroenterology diseases and conditions
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
- Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments
- Provide counseling to residents and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care
- Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress
- Make appropriate adjustments to care plans

Qualifications:
- 6 months experience in long-term care
- DEA License
- Active NY state license,
- Experience in gastroenterology (1 year min.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
