Bonus Eligibility : $5,000 annual bonus
Job Summary
The Senior Auditor, Corporate Compliance is a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage evolving workloads with minimal supervision. This role is pivotal in executing risk assessments, audit programs, and driving improvements across the organization. In addition to executing the annual audit plan, this individual will support special projects within the compliance team and the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute audit programs and testing procedures aligned with risk and test objectives.Ensure audit conclusions are well-documented and based on a comprehensive understanding of processes, circumstances, and risks.Identify risks, assess their business impact, and provide actionable recommendations for process and control improvements.Anticipate obstacles, formulate effective solutions, and manage priorities efficiently.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.Communicate audit issues effectively, both verbally and in writing, to management and clients.Provide coaching and constructive feedback to junior auditors.Basic Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).Experience : 4 years of audit experience required. Big 4 and / or healthcare industry experience is a plus.Certifications : CPA, CISA, or CIA preferred.Strong analytical, written / verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools to deliver insightful data interpretation and reporting.Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, with a proven track record of adapting quickly to change.Nice-to-Have Skills
