- Assess patients' health, diagnose conditions, and collaborate with physicians on comprehensive treatment plans,
- Manage chronic conditions, treat acute illnesses, and respond to urgent medical needs,
- Conduct health screenings, administer immunizations, and perform routine physical exams,
- Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team, and
- Recommend innovative tools and devices to improve patients' quality of life.
- Board Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner,
- Active Louisiana state license,
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience including Nursing Home or ER,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
