As a Staff Pharmacist in our team, you will play a key role in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accurate and timely pharmaceutical services for both inpatient and outpatient care.

Signing Bonus

• $15,000 signing bonus, paid in three installments over two years.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies for both inpatient and outpatient care.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide medication consultations to patients and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy).
• Registered Pharmacist in New York State (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Willingness to work evening shifts (Primary shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Ability to work on-site in Pittsburg, NY.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Residency training experience.
• Experience with Epic systems.
• Retail pharmacy experience.
  
  

Shift Information

• Primary Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
• Secondary Shifts: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, and 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
• This is a bargaining unit position.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
• Signing Bonus: $15,000 (paid in three installments).
