Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product inquiries, sales, and purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find the perfect furniture pieces for their homes.
- Process transactions quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with a supportive team to ensure the best customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with new offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers both in-person and on the phone.
- Quick learner who adapts to new processes and systems easily.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- A college degree is a plus, or currently pursuing one.
