IT Help Desk Technician (ON SITE)
Diamond Mowers is looking for someone to join our team as a IT Help Desk Technician. This person would report to the VP of IT. We are looking for someone who can Provide front line technical support for team members, monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues, and use ticketing software system to track, manage, and facilitate requests.
Key Roles
- Set up and maintain all computer equipment
- Help manage hardware inventory
- Assist with business application updates and upgrades
Responsibilities
- Assist with Phone Management
Help create IT training guides and documentation
- Create simple documentation of technical information
Train team members on proper use of technology & software
- Assist IT with projects as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT-related position preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills preferred.
- Strong communication skills, writing and verbal.
Location and Hours:
Location: 60th St
Hours: 8:00-5:00
Days of Shift: Monday-Friday
