We are seeking a Receptionist Assistant to provide support for our hard working technicians. As a Receptionist Assistant you'll be the face of Diamond Nail Co. for all clients who visit. No receptionist experience necessary, we will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently complete all duties.
Great customer service is an art and we are seeking artists. The goal at our salon is to make each of our guests feel as though they are the most important person we will see all day. If you have the ability to smile, to make great small talk and have an awareness of people's needs while multitasking, then you may be the perfect fit.
What you'll do
- Set up for upcoming appointments
- Help clients choose colors based on trends and seasons
- Maintain merchandising and ensure your work area is kept clean and stocked
- Cleaning and Sanitizing tools and stations
- Provide excellent service to all clients
- Monitoring guest areas in salon to ensure that the front desk, retail area, restrooms, etc are at all times neat, orderly, and well stocked
- Make guests feel welcome, take ownership of simple requests
