We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating schedules, and resolving on-site challenges. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience as a superintendent on large ground-up commercial projects, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and expertise in site logistics and scheduling. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) is preferred.
