What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Managing multiple tenant improvement and/or ground-up projects from start to finish.
🔹 Overseeing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
🔹 Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to maintain project alignment.
🔹 Leading preconstruction efforts, procurement, and contract negotiations.
🔹 Driving project completion with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 4 years of commercial construction project management experience.
✔ Strong background in tenant improvement and/or ground-up projects.
✔ Experience in office, nonprofit, and corporate interiors is highly valued.
✔ Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and contracts.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
✔ Experience working in the Maryland, DC, or Northern Virginia market is a plus!
