We are seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join our team, specializing in post-tension, slab-on-grade, paving, sidewalks, and flatwork for large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimating, bid preparation, and project budgeting within the commercial concrete industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals for commercial concrete projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine scope and costs.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Utilize estimating software to develop detailed budgets and proposals.
- Assist project teams in cost control and value engineering.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial concrete estimating.
- Strong knowledge of post-tension, slab-on-grade, and flatwork construction methods.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Excel.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
