The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing large-scale hotel construction projects with budgets around $25 million. Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other documents to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Coordinate site logistics, including material delivery and equipment usage.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report any cost overruns.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all work is completed to specifications.
