Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities for multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Maintain and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies on-site.
- Conduct daily reports, inspections, and progress meetings with project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve field issues efficiently.
- Monitor material deliveries, equipment use, and manpower allocation to maintain workflow.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, city inspectors, and trade partners.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Experience in managing multiple subcontractors and ensuring high-quality work.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
