- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of mechanical engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
- Evaluate team performance and implement professional development plans.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and products.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., electrical engineering, manufacturing, and product management) to align engineering efforts with business objectives.

- 10 years of mechanical engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality assurance techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ISO, or ANSI.
