Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Full Desk Recruiter where you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to sourcing top talent. You will identify and engage with potential clients to understand their hiring needs, proactively source and screen candidates, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and manage offer processes and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and engage with potential clients, including prospecting and networking.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sources to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through regular communication and follow-up.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates and open job orders through effective pipeline management and prioritization.
- Negotiations: Manage offer processes, negotiate salaries, and close deals with both clients and candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition OR 2 years of experience in construction sales or business development.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to make outbound calls daily.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
