High End Home Superintendent

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Custom Home Builder to join our team and lead the construction of high-end residential projects in the Jupiter, FL area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing luxury home builds from concept to completion, with a deep understanding of custom home design, project management, high-quality materials, and superior craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of luxury home construction, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and team management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience throughout the construction process. Address any concerns or issues that arise, providing solutions in a professional and timely manner.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of subcontractors, craftsmen, and other construction professionals. Foster a collaborative environment while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work adheres to architectural plans, industry standards, and company specifications. Ensure that all finishes, materials, and construction methods meet or exceed client expectations.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure that the home design is executed to perfection. Provide feedback and recommendations based on your experience in custom home building.
• Budget and Cost Control: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials. Monitor expenses to avoid cost overruns and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Permitting and Compliance: Manage permitting and regulatory requirements in the Jupiter area, ensuring that all work complies with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury custom home construction, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-end residential projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of all phases of construction, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and finishes.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of subcontractors and craftsmen.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in Florida, especially in the Jupiter area.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• A degree in construction management, architecture, or related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with high-end, bespoke materials and finishes, such as custom cabinetry, exotic stone, and luxury fixtures.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and eco-friendly materials.
• Florida State Certified General Contractor or Residential Contractor license.
