What You’ll Do:
- Project Management: Assist in the management of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems on large commercial and industrial projects.
- Coordination: Work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the mechanical systems are designed and installed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Budget & Schedule Control: Support senior managers in maintaining project budgets and schedules. Ensure timely delivery and quality control at all stages of the project.
- Documentation & Reporting: Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders regarding updates and any potential issues.
- Problem Solving: Address on-site issues as they arise and provide effective solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure smooth execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in mechanical construction, particularly with HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems. Data center experience is a plus!
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
