Mechanical Project Manager – Large Commercial Buildings
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage mechanical design and project activities from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical project management, focusing on large commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
