Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Charge in Estimating: As a key player on the team, you’ll craft precise estimates for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems in multifamily buildings, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
• Master Complex Plans: Dive deep into project blueprints and technical documents to provide detailed, competitive estimates that help secure and drive our projects forward.
• Collaborate with the Best: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure every detail is covered. You’ll be the go-to expert in helping execute world-class multifamily projects.
• Source, Negotiate, and Deliver: Partner with suppliers and subcontractors to get the best prices, and stay ahead of any challenges that arise throughout the estimation process.
• Own the Budget: Control costs, eliminate inefficiencies, and manage risks to keep projects within budget and on track. Your work directly impacts the bottom line.
• Build Relationships: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to present estimates, answer questions, and build lasting relationships that keep clients coming back.
• Innovation-Driven: Stay on top of the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your estimates and the way we do business.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience estimating HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for multifamily or large-scale commercial projects.
• Technical expertise in mechanical systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of estimating projects accurately, effectively, and on time.
• Attention to detail: You don’t miss a thing!
• Proficiency with estimating software (ProEst, Buildertrend, or similar).
• Strong communication skills: You can talk to anyone—from subcontractors to C-suite executives.
• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar preferred, but relevant experience is a major plus!
