Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in mechanical construction to lead and oversee all phases of our mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Oversee procurement processes, including the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
