We are seeking an experienced Electrical Operations Manager to oversee electrical installations for multifamily construction projects. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that electrical systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet safety standards, budgets, and timelines.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance for multifamily projects.
- Lead a team of electricians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, addressing any issues that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet client specifications and ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to electrical codes and standards.
- Resolve technical challenges and oversee troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on multifamily projects.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Journeyman Electrician, PMP) preferred.

- You have not worked as a Sr PM, PX, Operations Manager or in the construction industry

Salary : $135,000 - $160,000
