Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional MEP operations, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline standards.
- Manage a minimum of $50M P&L, driving profitability and financial success.
- Lead and mentor a team of at least 25-30 MEP professionals.
- Maintain strong client and contractor relationships, ensuring project satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive business development and expansion within the region.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all projects.
Qualifications:
- 10 years in MEP construction, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record with $50M P&L responsibility.
- Experience in multifamily MEP construction; large commercial experience is also considered.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
