The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales efforts, bringing in new clients and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development, construction staffing, or recruiting sales, who thrives in a high-energy, commission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and onboard new construction clients (GCs, subcontractors, developers) who need top-tier talent.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals with hiring managers, executives, and HR leaders.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and pain points.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Track prospects, deals, and revenue goals using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction recruiting, staffing, or workforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of the commercial and industrial construction landscape, including major players and hiring trends.
- Self-motivated and driven with a hunter mentality, ready to build a book of business and earn uncapped commissions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers and present solutions effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
