Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing) for large commercial projects from the ground up.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to keep projects on track.
- Help manage budgets, track costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field teams to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in construction, preferably with mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing).
- College degree in construction required. A Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering degree is preferred, but relevant experience is also considered.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and interest in further developing expertise in this area.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A growth mindset and desire to take on increasing responsibilities in the construction field.
