We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial and municipal construction projects. This role involves managing daily on-site operations, ensuring project schedules and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, oversee safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site inspections, resolving field issues, managing material deliveries, and maintaining detailed project documentation. Minor travel to nearby project sites may be required.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial or municipal construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to read blueprints and manage schedules.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with minimal travel requirements.
