We’re seeking a Mid-Career Superintendent to join a respected and growing commercial general contractor in Northern Virginia (NOVA). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in the field, leads with confidence, and brings deep knowledge of full-cycle ground-up construction.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities from site prep through final punch list
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Managing schedules and ensuring project milestones are met
• Enforcing site safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety
• Communicating daily with project managers, owners, and design teams
• Maintaining project documentation and reports

🏗️ Project Types:

• Ground-up commercial buildings
• Office, retail, mixed-use, light industrial, or institutional projects in the NOVA area

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5–15 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• Proven experience with ground-up construction projects
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Local experience in Northern Virginia or surrounding areas a big plus
