We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Traveling Project Manager to oversee mechanical HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects across various locations. This role will involve managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring all mechanical systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage HVAC, piping, and plumbing installations for multiple projects at different job sites.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring optimal use of time and materials.
- Lead and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Perform site inspections and quality control checks to maintain safety, compliance, and performance standards.
- Resolve technical issues and manage change orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing mechanical HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for job assignments.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Salary : $110,000 - $170,000
