Our client, a prominent law firm in New York, is looking for an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team. We have multiple openings for paralegals specializing in Labor Law, Litigation, MVA, Premises Liability, and No-Fault cases, as well as an opportunity as a Workers' Compensation Paralegal.

Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal:
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- We are looking for multiple paralegals with Labor Law (top priority), MVA, and Premises experience.
- Conduct investigations, manage discovery processes, assist with settlements, and support appeals.
- Draft discovery documents such as Bills of Particulars
- Assist with e-discovery, create and maintain discovery indexes, organize case files, and manage discovery deadlines.
- Review, analyze, and summarize litigation documentation, including depositions.
- Draft settlement agreements and releases, as well as other legal documents related to the cases.
Plaintiff Personal Injury- No Fault
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- No Fault applications within 30 days
- Filing of No-Fault applications within the first 30 days
- Extensive knowledge in BI policy limits
- Property damage
- Lost wages
- Obtain police reports – get offline or send to investigator if unsure
- IME and EUO scheduling/coordination
Workers Compensation Paralegal:
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Calendar and adhere to all deadlines
- Analyze and assess potential new cases as well as gather information and relevant documentation
- Liaise between the claimant, insurance carrier and WCB
- Understanding of Proposed Decisions pertaining to medical bill denials as well as Notice of Decisions and hearing outcomes.
- Filing RFA’s to address claimants case concerns
Salary : $55,000 - $100,000
