Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Temporary IP Billing Coordinator.
- Locations- Denver, Kansas City, St. Louis, or Washington D.C.
- Duration- 4 months. Looking around end of August to have assignment completed
- Schedule- Hybrid 3/2 for all locations (except Washington DC- remote schedule)
- Experience- Minimum three (3) years prior law firm billing experience or equivalent accounting experience. Experience with billing software, eBilling software and/or Elite software a plus, IP billing experience required
- Pay Rate- $39.55/hour.
Position Overview
- This position is responsible for coordinating the preparation and processing of client billing for billing attorneys designated by the Firmwide Billing Manager. It is also responsible for special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of accounting databases strongly preferred
- Must have Intellectual Property billing experience
- Ability to use a Ten-Key calculator by sight and touch
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, accurate and detail-oriented Ability to inspire confidence as well as keep confidences
- Ability to work overtime up to four (4) hours per week
- Ability to deal professionally with both internal and external clients on all levels
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing with internal and external clients
- Requires the ability to regularly report to work on the days and times scheduled
Salary : $40 - $53
