What are the responsibilities and job description for the Knowledge Management Attorney position at Diamond Personnel?
Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Knowledge Management Attorney to support the Corporate & Securities, M&A, and EC/VC(Emerging Companies & Venture Capital) Practice Groups.
Schedule- Hybrid 3 days in office
Duties:
- Developing and maintaining a wide variety of standard form M&A, EC/VC, and related corporate transactional documentation
- Assisting the relevant practice group leaders with the C&S Groups’ training programs, including advising on the curriculum and assisting with the preparation of training materials
- Preparing communications and tailored thought leadership materials for clients regarding these developments (including in pitches, newsletters and client presentations)
- Monitoring current legal developments for the practice and key industries
Qualifications:
- Law degree and current bar admission or equivalent in the jurisdiction of your assigned Firm office and in the jurisdiction of your home state if different (required)
- Possess extensive knowledge of legal documents and legal practice in M&A and EC/VC transactions.
- 5 years of relevant law firm experience as a practicing attorney in corporate and securities transactions.
- Experience in a knowledge management role and/or legal innovation practices (preferred)
Salary : $160,000 - $260,000
