Our client, a global law firm, is looking for an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in technology transactions, with a focus on intellectual property (IP) licensing.
Billable Hours- 2000
Locations- New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, DC, Richmond, VA, Chicago, Charlotte, NC
Schedule- Hybrid 3/2
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions, with a focus on intellectual property (IP) licensing.
- Experience handling business process outsourcing deals, negotiating complex agreements including SaaS agreements, global purchase agreements, distribution agreements, professional services agreements and marketing agreements.
- Experience with M&A and corporate transactions, particularly in the technology sector.
- In-house candidates or law firm candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state you are applying for
Salary : $250,000 - $345,000
