Job Description:
Diamond Properties, a leader in real estate investment and management, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to join our team. The Property Management department focuses on managing financial and customer-facing aspects of properties while ensuring the aesthetics and functionality of buildings support tenant needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial performance of properties, including creating annual operating and capital expenditure budgets, conducting quarterly reforecasts, and analyzing revenue and expense variances.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction through regular in-person meetings (travel required) and act as the primary contact for tenant concerns.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Maintain property aesthetics and functionality to meet tenant needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery and timely resolution of property issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial property management.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain tenant relationships.
- Ability to travel to various properties regularly.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
