Parts Specialist
As a Parts Specialist at Diamond R Equipment you will be responsible for:
- Selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories
- In-store customer service
- Answering phone calls for parts inquires/orders
- Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Keeping parts department clean and orderly
- Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
- Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order
- Assist mechanics for internal part needs
- Ability to maintain online parts store and ship parts sold.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
