POSITION SUMMARY: Move or coordinate the movement of materials, parts, carts, orders, skids, drums etc. around the plant and/or other storage locations to support the daily needs of production and maintain an accurate and organized warehouse system.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (the following in only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible responsibilities, tasks, and duties)
- Move or coordinate the movement of materials, parts, carts, orders, skids, drums etc. around the plant and/or other storage locations to support the daily needs of production and maintain an accurate and organized warehouse system.
- Duties based on area of assignment, individuals may be required to perform all or only some of these duties as outlined based on supervisor or Lead assignment.
- Load/unload trucks or other delivery vehicles as necessary.
- Withdraw parts, materials and the like from inventory based on picklist or other documents produced by ERP system or supervisor, Lead or Production Control.
- Perform transactions in the ERP system to signify that items have been moved from their storage spot onto the job order (WIP) or other location.
- Deliver cart, parts, etc. to the operation defined on the job order or as directed by supervisor, Lead or Production Control.
- Move as necessary WIP items that have completed their current step and are ready to be moved to the next operation.
- Return to stock, components that have been completed and are ready for storage.
- Operates lift trucks and other moving devices used in a warehouse.
- Cleans/organizes/straightens areas as defined by Lead or supervisor which may include removing trash, scrap bins, skids, boxes and/or other items that result from a factory environment.
- Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested

Requirements:Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Applicable experiences include inventory control and ability to control a warehouse in an ISO 9001 environment.
- Ability to read blueprints, strong knowledge of inventory management processes, part traceability and the ability to maintain an accurate warehouse.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Personal Protective Equipment is required including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection.
