We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our Accounting Department and manage financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Monitor and analyze financial data
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
