What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Engineer- CB position at Diamond Ridge Construction?
Seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing Aurora team! Previous precast experience is highly desired! This role does offer hybrid opportunities.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ALL work in accordance with office approved processes, format and standards
- Work on assigned tasks, under direction of senior engineering staff, performing engineering analyses and calculations
- Work on assigned tasks, under direction of senior engineering staff, preparing required documents in CAD and BIM format
- Perform 3D finite element analysis and design under direction of senior engineering staff
- Meet task deadlines, and adhere to budgeted hours
- Volunteers to work additional hours to assist other (not assigned work) to meet deadlines
- Manage other staff members, as required, when assigned as a Task Leader
- Participate in activities within and outside the office that increase personal engineering capabilities
- Participate in external / in-house seminars and training activities / sessions
- Participate in the development of in-house design templates, checklist and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Salary : $62,000 - $90,000
