Seeking a Welding Supervisor to join our growing Indianapolis, IN team! A welding supervisor oversees welding operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring the quality, safety, and productivity of welding projects.
Candidates are required to be CWB W47.1 certified.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.
Responsibilities include :
Managing a team : Supervising welders and sub-contractors, and ensuring they work in accordance with approved procedures
Scheduling and directing work : Planning and assigning work activities
Ensuring quality : Reviewing project plans and drawings, and monitoring the implementation of quality plans
Adhering to safety policies : Ensuring work meets safety standards and company policies
