Primary Responsibilities
Diamond Ridge Development Corporation is looking for a Rest Area Attendant for the I-17 McGuireville Rest Area. We're looking for individuals in the surrounding areas of Rimrock AZ, Camp Verde AZ, Sedona AZ, Flagstaff AZ to support the McGuireville Rest Area, for purposes of the commute, while any qualified candidate is welcome to apply. Responsible for completing the day-to-day custodial/grounds keeping work at the assigned location and establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with the customer, all employees and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must speak and write English
- Valid Driver’s License
- Janitorial experience a plus
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds minimum
- Ability to do minor plumbing repairs
- Repetitive pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, kneeling, stooping and bending
- Must be able to work around moving mechanical parts, traffic conditions, hot and humid conditions, fumes/airborne particles, toxic/caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, extreme hot/cold, risk of electrical shock and/or vibration.
