Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop a strong client base through referrals, canvassing, and networking.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess roofing needs and provide tailored estimates to the customer.
- Present estimates, proposals, and explain them to the customer.
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
- Work with the installation teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience (roofing or construction sales preferred, but not required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
