Duties
- Oversee full training process of all new and existing employees
- Scheduling and Training of all field employees and shop staff through Diamond's internal LMS and hands-on training up to 40-50 employees
- Update and improve training system and criteria as required
- Illustrate ideal employee traits via our core values of trust, teamwork, self-improvement, detail-oriented, and accountability
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in training
- Ability to adapt to programs used within the company to further train
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Excel)
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
