Diamond Shine Window Cleaning is looking for an experienced window cleaner who takes pride in their work and has the potential to lead a crew. We provide premium residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting services. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a leadership role, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning using traditional and water-fed pole methods
- Conduct gutter cleaning to ensure proper drainage
- Operate pressure washing equipment for driveways, siding, and other surfaces
- Assist with holiday lighting installation and removal during the season
- Train and mentor new team members as needed
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
Requirements:
- 1 years of professional window cleaning experience (required)
- Experience with gutter cleaning and pressure washing (preferred, but will train)
- Ability to lead by example, train new employees, and oversee job sites when necessary
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
