The Position :
We are looking for a National Digital Sales and Operations Coordinator to join the advertising sales team. Reporting to the Director of National Digital Revenue and Operations, this position provides administrative support related to national digital sales and operations. Duties include order entry, monitor and adjust client campaign components to ensure success, communicate key campaign updates and feedback to sales and sales management team, develop and maintain digital sales collateral materials, develop digital sales proposals, provide pre and post-sale support to clients, ad agencies and our 3rd party Rep Firm Sales channel partners. This exciting role provides an opportunity to get immersed in the business of professional sports media.
This position is hybrid in Atlanta, Cleveland, Los Angeles or NYC.
The Game Plan : What you will do)
- Provide sales support by using Wide Orbit and Operative software to enter new orders, post orders, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile orders.
- Run reports from Wide Orbit and Operative and provide management with accurate numbers for revenue reports and forecasting.
- Prepare reports on revenue, delivery, inventory management, and forecasted budget goals on a weekly basis.
- Communicate regularly with sales and sales management staff, digital ad ops, clients and ad agencies to support digital sales activities.
- Participate with National Sales team in creating and presenting sales presentations and proposals, which includes conducting research and drafting PowerPoint presentations.
- Participate in lead generation, and planning.

Player Benefits :
The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $24.00 / hr. - $26.44 / hr. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
