The Position :
FanDuel Sports Network is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the Product Management Team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Consumer Experience. This role is pivotal in defining and delivering an exceptional end-user experience across mobile, web, and TV platforms. By combining foundational product skills, user-focused design, and technical expertise, the Sr. Product Manager will drive FanDuel Sport Network's mission to create best-in-class digital experiences for sports fans.
As part of the Product Management Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Analytics, to craft innovative solutions that reduce friction in the user journey. You will advocate for the needs of end users, ensuring that FanDuel's platforms continually evolve to provide intuitive, engaging, and delightful experiences for fans across all devices.

This position is hybrid in New York City.
The Game Plan : What you will do)
- Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for FanDuel's end-user experiences across mobile apps, web, and connected TV platforms.
- Define detailed product requirements, craft user stories, and design user experience flows to guide the delivery of impactful features.
- Partner with Design and Engineering teams to optimize cross-platform experiences, ensuring seamless transitions between devices.
- Drive the creation and evolution of personalized content discovery and engagement features to better serve fans.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for features, using A / B testing and analytics to validate performance and refine product initiatives.
- Act as a champion for the end user, ensuring that their needs and expectations are central to all product decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product strategies with broader business goals.
- Communicate findings, updates, and product roadmaps to stakeholders through compelling presentations.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $165,000 - $175,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
