Commercial Truck Repair Specialist

Diamond T Truck & Trailer of Beatrice, NE has an immediate opening for a full-time Advanced Diesel Technician to efficiently diagnose, service and repair various types of heavy truck & commercial trailers. The ideal candidate would have experience in heavy commercial truck repair, diesel engine, air brake, electrical trouble shooting and have some skills with aluminum & steel welding. Acceptable candidates need to have experience in at least automotive repair, heavy equipment, or ag equipment repair. Will need to be able to perform preventative routine maintenance on trucks & trailers in a commercial (for hire) setting. Diagnostic/troubleshoot most any issue on a unit front to back. Report to service manager and keep record of time and parts per unit. Position is full-time, with paid overtime and 100% full medical insurance(employees pay no premium, only the deducible) 40-50 hrs a week, day time shift, rare weekends. 401K, dental, paid vacation, uniforms. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a drugs test. CDL is not required but would be a plus.
