What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Diamond Truck Sales Inc?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Be knowledgeable in and implement dealership policies and procedures.
· Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
· Maintain a clean and organized office.
· Communicate with Sales Mangers and Sales Team on collecting customer stipulations.
· Communicate any issues with the deals to management immediately.
· Address missing stipulations communicated from lender immediately.
· Constantly communicatee with the Sales Manager and Sales Team when deals are not getting funded in a timely fashion.
· Email Cody and CC Saliman on any deals that are not moving or problematic immediately if your sales manager is not able to handle and find a solution in a timely manner.
· Be knowledgeable in state regulations regarding finance and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
· Train and supervise sales staff of any changes in regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
· Consistently interact with appropriate departments when necessary.
· Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
· Never intentionally misrepresent a deal.
· Book out deals accurately. Never misrepresent equipment.
· Fund deals that are getting turned in to you in a timely fashion.
· Perform credit interview and prepare credit applications.
· Verify accuracy of all material information on the credit application and submit it to lender.
· Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
· Disclose financial information to customer.
· Sell credit insurance and service contracts we have available for trucks.
· Maintain good lender relations.
· Maintain a lender guide of programs currently used and consistently obtain working knowledge of them.
· Evaluate new lender programs.
· Review deals with lenders. Work on all deals diligently.
· Maintain an accurate and current call-in log and contracts in transit log (funding package).
· Train administrative personnel on assembling funding packages.
· Concisely review funding packages prior to mailing.
· Design and place advertising for special finance options.
· Analyze credit reports and be able to recognize a conventional deal and turn over accordingly.
· Receipt deposits immediately.
· Establish and reach monthly goals for service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks.
· Maintain the highest ethical standards serving as a Finance Director and/or Manager who is committed to a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)
· Support the Sales Manager during each vehicle purchase and leverage opportunities to offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs.
· Abide by Federal, State, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions.
· Manage inventory of finance department supplies, including bank, state, and auto dealership forms.
· Process DMV & title work in a timely fashion.
· Be able to take on other tasks as assigned.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
