Diamond USA is a leading fiber optic interconnect solutions company focused on developing unique solutions for demanding applications seeks a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, expand market share, and drive revenue growth.
Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small sales team, managing a territory and have knowledge of selling custom solutions into Mil-Aerospace, Medical and Industrial markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive business development.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum [5] years in sales leadership roles, preferably in technical industries.
(Preferred Aerospace, Military and DOD)
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
✔ Proficiency: CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
