We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Escrow Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry and a strong commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Escrow Officers in managing administrative tasks for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Prepare transaction documents and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather and disseminate information.
- Coordinate the closing process, including scheduling, document preparation, and filing.
- Provide updates and answer queries from clients regarding the status of their transactions.
- Maintain and organize client files and transaction records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 1 year of experience in escrow or a related field (e.g., real estate, title insurance).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software and escrow-related applications.
