Diamond Vogel has an immediate opening for an Associate Product Manager at our Orange City, Iowa, location. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our family-owned business of almost 100 years!
Responsibilities
- Assists in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cross functional business partners
- Engages in market analysis and competitive research to determine product line gaps and prioritize customer/consumer insights
- Assists with business case development and product development activities
- Develops dashboards and KPIs to communicate product portfolio business results and variances
Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong leadership and time management skills to direct and manage cross functional teams of non-direct reports
- BA or BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (experience can offset degree)
- Possesses excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Three or more years of experience in a product-oriented industry; process manufacturing background preferred
- Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time or as needed
